So as you can see to my right we have a "Activity Wall". This shows pretty much everything that is going on on the site.

Also you will notice that I posted a screenshot from BF3 now, that was to test the new "Enjin In-Game...thingy." It allows you to record video, take screenshot's and has a bunch of other cool features and modules and they work in EVERY GAME (that I have tried so far...like 22 of 'em).

I think we can get a bit more activity if we start sharing our gaming experience on the site, a small video or some screen shots, would create a bigger interest in coming in here and seeing what other people have done. The link to this in-game thingy is here. Give it a try I was pleasantly surprised

I'm going to try and keep this brief, keyword: try. Ok so there are a few things that are starting to get to me and I know it is bugging a couple others as well. Let's dive right in.

Ok seriously why do we even bother having a Ventrilo server. It has space for up to 35 people yet on the best of days we have four people in it. That right, only four people OCCASIONALLY. The majority of the time, almost all in fact, there are only three people who actually use it. The intent of having a Ventrilo server was so that people who COULD NOT play with us could still talk to us. I admit that it will be awkward for you to come in vent not know which voice belongs to people but come on in and get to know us. Otherwise there really is no point in paying for it.

Forums. Yeah some people don't like them but suck it up. If you want to be a part of this you SHOULD BE A PART OF IT. I don't care if you hate forums more than AIDS, SUCK IT UP THIS ISN'T GRADE SCHOOL ANYMORE. I'm tired of posting my balls off and coming on day after day and seeing nothing has changed. Me among others have tried to get things heated up but it only works for a short amount of time. I have tried to keep things going, I have 337 forums posts. That's almost 50% more than the next highest poster. I may not have the best ideas but I say them anyway. That's how conversations work. If only one person is talking it is no longer a conversation, it is a monologue.

Activity. Jeez where do I start. I know people have lives but c'mon it takes less than a minute to check the website. Honestly at some point during the day you either will, or can be, on a computer. Seriously just click that fancy little bookmark you made and check in on what's up. I don't want to check to see when people were last active and see that they haven't been on for a month. Yeah that's right, I can see when you last came on. I know this is a mean thing to say but if you aren't going to be here it is hard to say that you are part of Wild Federation; Part of this family.

I'm done ranting. Do some thinking. Make some choices.

Weaf out.

Well its been a while since I've done one of these (seems pretty typical) so I might as well do something productive while I'm in class.

Well guys its been pretty quiet for the most part. Not too much has gone on around here for a while. Now I'm not saying its a bad thing (its actually quite nice not having to deal with much of anything) but a little more activity couldn't hurt. I really think we need to find some more people to chat and game with. We have a 35 user Ventrilo server and I think the most people we've had in it at one time is 6. Maybe we should have a party one day and get Weasel drunk? I'm sure that would attract a crowd.

On the topic of search parties I think we may need to form one or two. A few of us have been AWOL for a while. A couple guys just disappeared without a word to any of us, they just stopped showing up. If you see these guys contact an MP ASAP and do not attempt to apprehend them yourself. These men are wanted and highly dangerous (plus they smell bad).

Anyways that's pretty much all I have to say for now. I'll make another post later if anything comes up.

Time sure flies doesn't it? It seems like just yesterday Battlefield 3 came out and now it's less than a week till Back to Karkand will be released on PC. Sadly, we no longer have a server but that doesn't mean we can't still play together. Now I know we all have our own personal lives but guys, you really need to get on vent once in a while. Even if it's once a week or once a month come in and talk to us, it's not like you HAVE to be playing with us. We have guys who come into vent just to talk with us. Krome will come in vent and sit at his computer with his headset half on watching tv and talking with us. So hey, if you only come in for a few minutes to say hi, that's fine. Just be a part of the group. Some of you have been MIA for a fairly long time, it would be nice to hear from you once in a blue moon.

Time for round two! I know I haven't posted one of these in a while as there hasn't been much to write about. I'll see what I can put down here and hopefully it doesn't suck. Here goes nothing.

So Battlefield 3 has been out for about a week and a half now. We were all looking forward to it so much and hoping that this would be the game that brought us back together like the old days. Sadly it is still only the 4 of us (Weasel, Joe, Bulet and myself) who are playing together. I honestly thought more =WF= guys would be on gaming with us but I suppose with people still struggling financially it can be difficult to upgrade computer hardware to meet requirements. Also BF3 has had some problems that can make gameplay difficult, such as the cloud being unable to sync and therefore not allowing you to launch the game. Thankfully fixes are relatively quick and easy.

Lately we've had 2 guys from outside the clan playing with us. Some of you may remember Doophus1 and his brother. They have a great team attitude and are awesome in a squad. If you see them on your team in a round be friendly towards them and ask them to get on vent with you.

Ah vent, its still there, still mostly unused. I really wish more of you guys would get on even for a couple minutes a day just to say hi. Even if there isn't anyone in there, join a channel and maybe someone will pop in for a chat. Usually there are one or two of us in there and I assure you we won't bite.

Site activity is down a little from when we first started and a couple of people disappeared but I'm happy that when I get home from work every day that I see there have been at least a couple of posts. I want to encourage you all to post more. It doesn't have to be incredibly insightful or deep just put in your two cents on a couple of threads. Also feel free to create threads. If you want a category created for a specific type of conversation send a message to an admin and we'll get right on that. Let's attract some more attention and get some people interested in us. Let's show them how awesome we are and infect them with the wild fever!

Alright this ramble has gone on long enough. Until next time, keep your gun up and your mags full, Weaf signing out.

Alright everyone settle down. I know its a lame title but its the best I can think of at the moment. I'd like to start off by saying how damn proud I am of everyone here. We've made it guys. This site was created on September 10th and since then it has grown to 11 members. That may seem like a small number of people but in less than 2 weeks 11 of us have posted 320 times on the forums. That's great considering that on the old forums we were lucky to get even a handful of posts in the same time. If it were possible I would hug each and every one of you for being active. (A little creepiness never hurt anyone ;-) )

Vent. Its there. I would like to see more people on it, if only for a few minutes. Joe, Bulet, Weasel, and myself are in there almost every day. Krome comes in whenever he's not at work but that's pretty much it. If we could get everyone in there one day and just talk, get to know each other, and bond before BF3 comes out I believe we could become even more tightly knit and a better fighting force.

Our Battlefield 3 server has been purchased and will be ready on the release date (at this point). The one issue is that we are going to NEED donations. There's a button at the bottom of the Home page where you can click to donate. Even donating $5 helps us greatly as it is expensive to own a server and it's not fair for only one person to cover the cost while we all enjoy the service. Now this doesn't mean we will force you to pay EVER but anything you can afford is GREATLY appreciated.

We also have a Minecraft server. This server may be small but that doesn't mean that we don't pay for it. Just like the BF3 server donations are appreciated.

On the topic of donations: you know where to go. The minimum donation accepted by our provider is $5. When you donate please send a message on the site to =WF= BuLeTProof stating which server you would like your money to go towards.

Our name and tag have been under fire since day one. We've cleared up all the conflict with the name but we still need to officially decide on a tag. =WF= fits well but discussion about it would be beneficial in deciding on a permanent tag.

Well my rant is over and I hope you enjoyed reading this long, yet hopefully informative blog. Stay safe friends, see you on the Battlefield.

Welcome to our new home! I hope you like it. Im gonna wait for some feedback from you guys on the colors and such.

So some of the best stuff so far that I found is the new shout box and chat room combo. shout box is for when you wanna leave a msg to everyone. the chat room is a more IM module. AWESOME!

Ill continue to move the site along and if anyone wants to help just let me know, I also will start playing around with vent. BTW its setup for use so I want us to gradually move there (don't really matter tho)

Donations button has also been added I just need a good picture for it (photoshop/paint geeks assemble). right now you will find my humorous attempt at a button on the bottom left side of the home page.

I believe tags are still up in the air, so that's something to discuss.

and, yeah, stuff and things...high five for you guys for supporting me in all these radical changes.

with love,

BuLeTProof
