Yeah it fell off really quickly during the first couple months, starting to hold fast though

I went from 235 last summer to 205 last week.
I lost 10 pounds just not drinking soda and eating smaller meals.
I also switched to more body weight exercise and backed off on power lifting.I feel better since I changed my program hiking up mountains with 40+ pounds on your back helps too.
You'll be fine just tailor you diet to your program.

I eat a lot of high carb content foods as well as use certain gels I take if my training exceeds an hour and a half on a given day. Not drinking sodas is a huge thing for a lot of people, personally I quit drinking them over 8 years ago now and have zero desire for one, that is a huge benefit for me; however...Cookie abstinence will be the death of me O.O

Good job psyco. Ive been working out since I was about 24. Sometimes stopping for a while, but I always kept it going. My biggest thing is food. I love a good steak. I have to watch my cholesterol. Sometimes it gets high, like now after moving it been a party with malus and i ordering food all the time. Now its time I get serious about my intake again. Im in good shape for 51, im happy about it. But its a struggle, FOOD IS GOOD, I LOVE FOOD

Surprisingly my main enemy is peanut butter M&M's and cookies....outside of that I don't have any major food drawbacks. But those two alone catch me in a weak moment from time to time :_(

Peanut butter M&M's can conquer the best of us! Aren't those things addictive! Sounds like you can burn them off though, so enjoy as many as you want for now. Cookies too, as long as they are homemade pieces of goodness. I can't stand store bought cookies anymore, they are too fake tasting and over preserved and processed.

Ah, your mom is nice! Sad that college kids don't get homemade cookies. (I think there is a business idea in there... hmmm)

Mom can always mail them.
Homemade cookies were a great morale booster in Iraq.

Still on this...

Biking about 25 Miles a day and running about 5...it has been pretty chill overall as I am trying to still maintain my coursework and work schedule but once the summer hits I expect quite the jump in intensity.
